With so many vitamins and minerals out there, it can be difficult to figure out exactly what your body needs and what it’s missing.

Most of us are so set in our ways regarding what we eat that we don’t spend too much time thinking about which nutrients we are – or aren’t – putting into our bodies. But the fact is that many women are suffering from a lack of protein and iron, which has noticeable affects on our day-to-day lives.

The same is true of magnesium. A healthy adult needs at least 300–450 mg per day, but the average adult in the US only consumes around 250 mg daily.
